Implementation of Business and Investment Documents
Implementation of investment documents is necessary and sometimes obligatory when it comes to investment projects. Moreover, it is a mandatory appendix to each tender dossier when applying for grants!
Investment documentation is implemented for the investment projects planned within the framework of the public sector as well as for investment projects planned within the framework of the private sector.
Investment documents are implemented in accordance with the Decree on the uniform methodology for the preparation of investment documentation in the field of public finances, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 60/06, and in accordance with the Guide to Cost Benefit Analysis on Investment Projects and the Working Document No 4: Guidance on the Methodology for carrying out Cost-Benefit Analysis stressed on indirect effects and the preparation of economic analysis and economic viability of the project.
• Implementation of feasibility studies;
• Implementation of Cost-benefit analyses;
• Implementation of investment documentation (documents for the identification of investment projects - DIIP, pre-investment designs, investment programmes, studies of implementation of intended investments);
• Implementation of business documents (business plans, management plans);
• Implementation of strategic documents (business strategies, marketing strategies, business and marketing short-term implementation plans).
